Job Responsibilities:
1.Implement Industrial Engineering activities in the plant.
2.Carry out overall plant layout planning.
3.Carry out overall production line and new project configuration and capacity planning.
4.Review new resouce demand and resource allocation based on customer forecast.
5.Define machine/equipment technical agreement , follow up and control on time delivery of the machine/ equipment with required functions.
6.Use IE methodologyto do production process utilization and productivity improvement.
7.As a daily work, identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing line layouting and line balance, rearrangeing job duties for optimize manpowers for operating ergonomics.
8.Optimize material and manufacturing information flow to ensure an effective manufacturing process,
9.Drive continuous improvement in capacity planning to ensure optimized capacity.
10. Complete orher work assigned by superior.
Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or mechanical engineering.
2.Familiar with maching process, gear machining knowledge will be a plus,
3.Min 7+ years IE and planning working experience in automotive business.
4.Good Auto CAD operating skills.
5.Good time and target management ability.
6.Good oral English.
