职位描述：
The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency.
Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. Every day, billions of people come into contact with Bühler technologies to cover their basic needs for foods, mobility, or communication.

Bühler China is the competent partner when it comes to machines, plants and services for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials. Bühler has been operating in China since the 1980's, with its headquarters located in Wuxi.

Duties

• Validate and book AP invoices timely and accurately及时准确地审核发票并入账;
• Check and arrange the due payment and clearing in time复核并安排到期付款，及时清账;
• Run weekly payment plan and monthly payment forecast付款周计划及月付款预测;
• GR/IR periodic review and clear跟进无票应付并确保及时收到发票;
• Prepare payment information for SAFE and follow up unpaid customs declaration准备外管核查资料及跟进未付款关单;
• Vendor account reconciliation 供应商对账;
• AP Aging report 应付帐龄报表分析;
• Maintain internal order and adjust cost维护内部订单信息及调整成本;
• Other analysis report其他的分析报告.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or Finance;本科及以上学历, 会计或财务专业;
• At least 1 years AP Accountant work experience in foreign invested companies; 有至少1年在外企的AP会计工作经验;
• Knowledge of SAP system 有SAP操作经验;
• Good English in both writing and speaking 良好的英语读写能力;
• Good at operation MS office system, especially at Excel 较好的办公软件操作，尤其是Excel;
• Team working and good communication 善于团队合作以及有良好的沟通能力;
• Good understanding and willing to learn 有良好的理解能力以及愿意不断学习.
