职位描述
Responsibilities:
> PILOTE: Design and develop mechanical parts in accordance with customer specifications and Valeo technical standards.
> PILOTE: During the different phases of a project, make stake-up analyze (phases 1 and 2) and compare dimensions of real parts with drawings and tolerances defined in the dimension chains.
> PILOTE: To perform his activities he:
·use Valeo tools (CATIA, PLM, Qchecker…)
·applies Valeo process (CIP, change management 4M, Product Data Management procedure, SPPC, PDCA, FTA…)
> PILOTE: The outputs of his work must respect Valeo design standard procedures, Valeo quality standards (Qchecker for CAD models and drawings).
> PILOTE: As project contributor, he must respect the time schedule given by the Product Engineer of the project.
> CONTRIBUTE: as a contributor of the project, he must participate to the:
·Design reviews of the project
·DFMEA
·PFMEA to support Process contributors
> CONTRIBUTE: Apply the PLM rules regarding the management the inputs and outputs for his project.
·Justification design file on PLM ( 2D, 3D, Stack-up )
·Maintenance master data on PLM
> CONTRIBUTE: Analyze of product failures according Valeo procedure (5W2H, PDCA, FTA, LLC…)
·Warranty parts
·End of line rejects
·Tests failures
> CONTRIBUTE: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department by making and realizing improvement proposals.
> PILOTE: Control that the Environmental rules are applied, specifically relating to the dangerous substances, saving energy & materials, protection of environment.
Competence:
- Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
- 5+ years' professional experience in R&D of technical parts. Automotive industry is preferred.
- Good English skills (CET-4).
- Good PC skills and Software practice on CatiaV5 and AutoCAD, etc.
