2.Organize and implement daily maintenance of equipments and facilities to ensure safe operation and improve OEE.

5.Check and validate mechanical spare parts of equipment and facilities regarding maintenance planning every month and keep a reasonable stock.
负责每月对设备及厂房设施的备品备件进行检查确认，控制合理的库存。

6.Organize to Analyze the cause of equipment failure, summarize and improve preventive maintenance procedure.
组织设备的故障原因分析，总结并实施改进预防性维护的程序。

7.Collect equipment information, confirm the integrity of electric information and file time in time.
收集设备设施的资料，确认资料完整并归档。

8.All equipments are smoothly running & satisfy for production.
确保所有设备运行正常有效。

9.Equipments’ localization, install and commission equipment and improve & design for its performance.
设备国产化，安装和调试新设备，改进和设计提高设备性能。

10.Write all equipments maintenance procedures & working instructions
编写所有设备的维护保养程序和工作指导书。

11.Write maintenance planning (Preventive & Repair) & purchasing planning for spare parts, lubricants etc.
编制维修保养计划和备品、备件、油品等相关的采购计划。

12.Management for maintenance spare parts, oil stock etc.
负责维修备品备件,油库的管理。

13.Ensure work safety ,environment, in factory, SPECIAL management FOR waste water treatment.

14.Daily maintain all equipments and make record.
负责设备的日常维护保养并做好相应的记录。

15.Control the maintenance cost (Budget & Follow up).
控制维修成本。

16.Take responsibility for Rivkle tool repair.
负责铆钉枪的维护与修理。

17.Collect running status & efficiency of correlation equipments.
负责统计公司内相关设备的运行状况及其利用率。

18.Training and evaluate maintenance operators’ performance.
培训和考核维修员工。

19.Takes in charge of environmental protection, fire protection, and safe production management.
负责环保、消防、安全生产的归口管理。

20.Other tasks assigned by Production Manager.
完成上级交付的所有其他工作。

1.Minimum electrical or technical university in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
电气或机械工程相关专业大专以上.

2.At least 5 years work experience in mechanical industry.
机械行业5年以上工作经验。

3.Experience for repair and maintain large equipment.
有大型设备的维护和维修经验。

4.Good communication skill, hard working.
良好的沟通能力，工作积极负责。

5.PLC program update is a plus.
最好能修改PLC程序。
