职位描述

Maintain the quality system of drug/medical device, and make sure that the medical device is in compliance with the customer requirement and local regulation.
医疗器械的质量管理体系的维护,确保医疗器械产品符合顾客/法规要求。
Assist NMD quality supervisor taking charge of IPC management.
协助NMD质量主管进行质控管理工作。
1.Maintain and implement the best, surest and easiest work processes. Initiate, participate and facilitate the continuous improvement activities on safety, quality, cost, delivery, motivation and environment
维护并实施最好、最可靠、最简单的工作流程；在安全、质量、成本、交付、激励和环境方面,发起、参与并推动持续改进活动。
2.Coordinate the IPC performance (including retained sample and environment test) and review related reports.
协调在线质控人员（包括留样、环境检测工作）的工作安排，审阅相关报告。
3.Collecting and trending analysis the quality issue during testing. Reporting the quality performance regularly to supervisor.
检验过程中质量问题的汇总, 定期向主管报告质量状况。
4. Assist Supervisor to finish the work related to project or ICC.
配合主管完成项目、变更控制的相关工作。
5.Be responsible for the new employee operation training and SOP training and make sure that can understand this position and be qualified for this position.
负责新员工的各项操作培训和检验SOP 培训，以确保新员工正确理解该岗位，并能够胜任该岗位的工作。
6.Accept external auditing and evaluating, and follow up of the action of SO9001, ISO13485, group audit.
接受来自外部ISO13485，集团审核。
7.Be responsible for the risk analysis and assessment of medical device.
负责医疗器械的风险分析和评价。
8.Be responsible for reviewing of the retained sample test report and make sure the product stability.
负责审阅成品留样报告，确保对产品稳定性的监控。
9.Be responsible for unqualified products, raw material, packaging material handling. Analyze quality accident, following up the actions.
负责不合格产品质量事故的原因分析、措施跟踪。

岗位要求

1.本科或以上学历，工程类专业或科学技术专业
2.3年以上的质量管理经验（熟悉ISO9001，ISO13485）,了解医疗器械的法律法规或药品的法律法规
3.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
4.可以接受倒班工作
