职位描述：
Job responsibility:
1、 维护网络设施，确保公司网络按照集团规定平稳、安全地运行。
Maintain the company network infrastructure and ensure the network infrastructure to work smoothly and in safety following Oerlikon Group policy.
2、 维护和管理公司IT相关硬件(如电脑、打印机、复印机、传真机、交换机、服务器、路由器、监控、通讯设备等)和软件(如Microsoft office, Solidworks等)，确保软硬件的正常使用，并做好维护记录、及时更新软硬件清单。
Maintain and manage IT facilities (such as PC, printers, photocopiers, fax machines, switches, servers, routers, monitors and communication devices etc.) and software (such as Microsoft office, Solidworks etc.) to ensure their normal operation, keep related maintenance records and update the facilities and software lists.
3、 快速鉴别IT问题，及时解决故障，确保IT用户及时得到支持。
Quickly identify IT issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure users to get timely support.
4、 负责IT流程的推行实施，遵守、执行公司信息安全相关规定。
Implement IT procedures; Follow and perform company’s information security policy.
5、 为IT用户组织、实施相关培训。
Organize and implement necessary trainings for IT users.
6、 负责机房、影印室等区域的5S，确保整洁有序。
Responsible for 5S of IT room and copy room, and ensure them to be tidy and orderly.
7、 草拟IT费用预算，并将实际发生费用控制在经批准后的预算内。
Draft IT cost budget and control actual cost within the approved budget.
8、 负责协调SAP的账号开关、用户列表维护、权限申请、培训等；
Coordinate for SAP management such as account opening and closure, user list maintenance, permission application and training etc.
9、 负责一些行政事务，如办公区域管理、保洁、绿化、饮用水等管理。
Responsible for some admin. affairs such as office area, cleaning, green plant and drinking water management.
10、 完成上级分配的其它工作任务。
