职位描述：
Responsibilities:

- Management of glassware washing, cleaning and storage. Safe handling and disposal of lab wastes to meet SHE requirements
- Management of consumable materials, reference standards, spare parts of instruments, HPLC columns, etc.
- Management of the maintenance, trouble shooting and qualification of lab instruments, and keeping track of instrument status with appropriate labels to ensure all lab instruments are well managed in GMP condition
- Working with PTD scientists to draft and review lab related SOPs
- Supporting PTD scientists in analysis activities, IT system, lean and data integrity etc.
- Acting as the front person of internal/external inspections
- Execute the production plans according to the Kanban visual planning board, maintain Kanban information
- Operate in accordance with SOP, BPR and instructions. Record BRP according to the facts, any deviation should be recorded and reported
- Ensure good product quality and yield
- Line clearance
- Keep the machines in good condition and record in logbook. Observe the machine status, anything unusual should be reported
- Support maintenance or repair work
- Support validation activities
- Be responsible for process control
- Receive SOP, GMP, SHE and all work related trainings, upgrade skills to meet requirements, and instruct/train new technicians
- Support lean manufacturing activities
- Housekeeping

Requirement:

- University graduate or above
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical GMP; solid dose process/operative and/or QC lab instruments & analysis
- 2+ years of chemical lab experience, and 2+ years of OSD manufacturing experience
- Fluent in English
- Basic operation skill of computer software
- Good communication skills and teamwork coordination
