Purpose
Collect intercompany orders and ensure prompt delivery. Maintain intercompany customer satisfaction by providing continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
-Demonstrate commitment to EHS, and implement EHS policies, procedures and legislative requirement.
-Demonstrate commitment to quality, and implement quality management system and its related requirements.
Distribution specialist related activities:
-Collect intercompany orders in Oracle.
-Arrange prompt shipment according to stock availability and order requirement.
-Provide firm support to intercompany customers for required issues (i.e., stock availability/lead time/shipping term, etc.)
-Create shipping documents.
-Create daily, monthly reports.
-To interact with all internal and external parties (i.e., logistics, manufacture, finance, etc.) involved in the timely execution of the Orders.
-To ensure intercompany customers satisfaction.
The main challenge will include the following duties and responsibilities:
-Monitor, processing and follow-up of intercompany orders, from input to delivery.
-Check availability upon customer request.
-Ensuring that necessary transport and shipping is arranged, including relevant documents.
-Communication with intercompany customers and other parties involved on all customer service related subjects.
-Process Claims and Return Material Authorizations (RMA).
-Providing excellent service to our intercompany customers.
-Support ERP (Oracle / One Core) implementation.
-Create daily, monthly and ad hoc reports.
-Defining workflows, adjust them were required.
Position Requirements
Educational Background (School, University,...):
-Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics education.
Professional Background (Training, Education,...):
-A minimum of 2 years working experience in a business professional office environment.
-Relevant experience in the area of customer services / customer support industry.
-Knowledge and operating experience of transport/logistics is preferred.
Computer Skills:
-Microsoft Office
Above average experience using MS Excel is required.
-ERP software (Oracle, SAP) is a “plus”.
Languages:
-Fluent English oral and written communication skills (Extreme important requirement for this job).
