职位描述：
Mission
Responsible for all aspects of production for the Product Company Atlas Copco Air & Gas Purification.


Job description

1) Develop and maintain the most economical assembly process with high quality,
2) Measure, analyze, and improve the standard time for line balancing; maintain the routing in BPCS system;
3) To optimize and update the production layout, balance the production process
4) Improve ergonomic and safety conditions，
5) Involve the lean manufacturing improvement ，
6) Provide technical support for the assembly process，
7) Make work instructions, SOP and provide training for operators
8) Maintain the BPCS system related to production, such as location, DN, etc.
9) Take part in the process of new prototypes


Experience requirements
1) Experience 2 – 5 years in industrial engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
2) Experience in Assembly manufacturing,
3) General expertise in basic software (CAD, Excel),
4) Lean manufacturing knowledge is preferred

Knowledge/Educational requirements

1) University degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related area.
2) Solid understanding of Lotus Notes and MS Office.
3) BPCS knowledge is an advantage.

Pan-Asia introduction
To further improve the efficiency of the assembly operations for oil-injected screw compressors and air treatment in East China, Atlascopco group has decided to move the engineering and production competence of oil-injected screw compressors from Bolaite to Wuxi.

Pan-Asia Gas Technology (Wuxi) is a newly created company located in current Pneumatech premise which will host oil - injected screws of Bolaite and small refrigerant dryers, air receivers and small filters of Pneumatech.
