职位描述：
Responsibility and Task:
1.Ensure Customer satisfaction:
Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships by being an competent contact
Define and implement activities to ensure the necessary customer satisfaction
Analyze customer's supplier evaluations and implement adequate actions to gain A-supplier status
2.Introduce new products:
Check customer quality agreements and be part of the negotiations with the Account Manager
Analyze and implement new customer requirements (Deliver inputs for QM-system,...)
Prepare and introduce new products together with the internal customer team - place clear orders and distribute them into the organization - define and implement quality objectives
Ensure compliance with the APQP process (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
Set Product-related quality objectives and ensure compliance within the company
Accompany Design FMEA's and pursue Process FMEA's for new production processes
Perform sampling according to customer demands
3.Supervise series production:
Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards throughout the product lifecycle
Perform cyclically quality evaluations, derive measures and pursue them ==> KVP
Edit complaints in accordance with the procedural instruction including the creation of the 8D report
Edit supplier complaints resulting from customer returns according to procedural instructions
Specify necessary serial accompanying tests and checks - judge them in terms of cost
Ensure that these tests are taken over into work instructions / SAB
Keep reporting continually updated and maintain ppm status at product level
Define necessary measures with the affected organizational units and implement them
4.Responsibility Audits:
Perform Central audit planning with QMS (product audits, product-related process audits - not standard production processes, Requalifications)
Perform Product audit (VDA 6.5), product-related process audits and requalifications and pursue counter measures.
Plan and perform internal and external process audits (VDA 6.3) for new product launches including counter measures.
Plan and perform external customer system audit planning with QMS support and pursue counter measures.
Support Internal and external system certification audit.
Initiate any necessary supplier audits and if necessary be involved in planning and relalisation.

Requirement & Necessary Experience
Junior college+
Relevant experience in Quality Management is advantageous（2 years+）
Participation in a project team is advantageous
Technical leadership is advantageous (eg. as a QM expert in a project team)
Short experience in international environment is advantageous 举报 分享
