职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the whole primary manufacturing area, compliance of production with all quality standards. Manage the Quality Improvement Plan.
- Manage the industrial activity of primary manufacturing area: procurement, production planning, stock level.
- Identify and develop the cost reduction actions. Implement the means required to meet the APU –30 plan targets.
- Make sure primary manufacturing budget is respected (DL cost, efficiency, turnover…).
- Coordinate industrialization for new products.
- Make sure production is organized according to VPS and Total Quality principles.
- Responsible for compliance with Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
- Manage and train the teams under responsibility (Quality, Methods, and Maintenance & Logistics).
- Lead QRQC & 5 cores deployment.
- Other tasks assigned by Dept. Manager.

Experience/Education/Qualifications Level and Skills:
- Bachelor degree above major in Mechanical & Molding Engineering.
- Injection molding or Die casting master, stamping is preferred.
- 8+ years working experience in Manufacturing company, and 5+ years on production management position. Automotive industry is preferred.
- Dedicated teams in Production, Methods, Maintenance and Logistics. Familiar with 5 core principles and tools.
- Fluent English both in oral and written. 举报 分享
