职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Nonconforming Material issues
-Timely communicate with supplier for any nonconforming materials to ensure the production smoothly.
-Assist supplier to provide corrective and preventive actions extending to system for each nonconforming material.
-Ensure the suppliers to follow up the actions and ensure actions are effective.

2. Supplier process improvement
-Provide process evaluate and audit to suppliers to improve the supplier quality.
-Co-work with suppliers to establish sufficient process control method and make sure the implementation to improve the FPY.
-Establish clear and common agreed components spec and inspection method, including inspection sheet, go-no go gauges, Gauge R&R, etc in internal and supplier 30% .

3. Responsible for new products transfer projects
-New suppliers evaluation, audit, qualification and new components development according to drawing, techinical requirements, internal control plan and inspection methodologies, procedures, and procedures together with R&D,ME, Purchasing departments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in supplier quality management in foreign company.
3. Knowledge of probability & statistic and able to apply QA concepts in quality improvement.
4. Carpentry /Machining/Casting/Stamping/Injection mold knowledge and experience will be the advantage.
5. Good analyzing, problem solving and communication skills.
6. Good command of English both oral and written, as well as computer skills (MS office). 举报 分享
