Role Summary:
职责概括: Material and Planning management for customer OTD, cost reduction and inventory turns improvement.物料计划和管理已持续满足客户及时交付，控制成本和提高库存周转率。
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务： 1. Keep continuously improving the materials management with material plan, production controlling, logistic management and procurement function.
与相关部门通力合作，持续改进材料管理计划
2. Maintain accurate inventory of raw material to meet customer required delivery
维护准确的材料库存水位来满足客户的发货需求。
3. Prepare & issue material plan, supervise the manufacturing of consumption of Material on plan.
发布材料计划，监管生产材料的消耗。
4. Establish inventory management process to reduce cost and increase inventory turns.
建立库存管理流程，减少库存成本，提高库存周转率。
5. Regularly review and update the inventory strategy to support plant vision, mission and biz plan.
建立和维护不断调整使之均衡的库存策略，支持工厂的各项绩效和商务发展计划。
6. Establish logistics system with suppliers. Supervise, review and help suppliers to improve their performance and to meet material criteria.
        建立和监管供应商物流系统。监管和指导供应商改善并满足工厂物料标准上的要求。
7. Sign logistical protocol with suppliers and push consignment warehouse set up
签署供应商物流协议，推进寄售库建立。
8. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
主管指定的其他工作。
Years of Experience in the positions:
本岗位工作经验： Above 5 years of work experience paired with a proven track record of success could also provide the necessary qualifications to fill this vacancy.
5年以上工作经验，能胜任本职位。
Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求： 1. University graduate in business management/English;
本科以上学历,工商管理，统计，英语等专业；
2. The ideal candidate has made this experience already in the automotive component supply environment for brake systems products;
有刹车系统产品行业的工作经验优先；
3. The successful candidate will display personal integrity and assertiveness and will possess the following characteristics;
为人正直，自信；
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator, moderator and facilitator;
人际关系良好；
5. Good business background;
有商务方面的知识；
6. Be familiar with SAP;
熟悉SAP系统优先；
7. Be good at Excel and other office software.
精通EXCEL者优先。
