职位描述：
1. 负责量产供应商质量管理Supplier management for mass production
1) 供应商年度审核计划及实施Annual supplier audit plan and implement;
2) 对供应商的过程审核Supplier process Audit;
3) 对供应商提出不合格品抱怨 Complain for the non-conformity from suppliers;
4) 供应商质量问题的处理/跟踪及解决方案的验证Supplier quality issue solution/accidents follow up, solution validation
5) 批准所有BOP零件的PPAP；Approve PPAP for all modifications (engineering changes, process changes, transfer, etc) for all BOPs (Bought-Out Parts).
6) 管理供应商质量指标Manage Supplier Quality Index ( ppm, PF2/3/4, … )
7) 保证及协调供应商相关QRCI；Ensure and coordinate actively the daily “Supplier QRCI” meeting in the FAURECIA plant.
8) 负责供应商端索赔回来的费用管理Supplier charge back management

2. 作为工厂负责人，接口项目供应商质量管理Supplier management for program components as a contactor person of plant
1) 确保项目转为大生产的供应商零件管理，批准ASQ提交的零件PPPA；如果不能批准，需要给出Comments及相应的行动计划；Secure transition of new programs into serial condidition. In close collaboration with the ASQ, approve PPAP for all new BOPs (Bought-Out Parts). In case parts are not fully approved, ensure a robust action plan is in place and followed till full approval. Suppport to compile lessons learned.
2) 管理供应商的过程质量；Manages the process qualification at supplier (control plan and Quality basics implementation, Trial Run @ Rate & process Audit)
3) 对于绩效比较差的供应商，管理其零件的过程进度及收敛计划的执行情况Manages progress/convergence plan with low performance suppliers involved in program.


3. 质量成本控制 Production Quality Cost Control
1) 支持零件国产化工作Support components llocalization work;
2) 参与PFEMA/控制计划的编制评审，负责零部件方面的内容Participate to the PFC，PFEMA，Control Plan creation and review, and be charge of component control

4. 3D实验室及校准的管理 3D lab and plant Guage management;
1) 确保3D实验室正常运作，以支持量产及项目件的测试；Guarantee the daily operation of 3D lab, to support the production of serial lift products and program parts;
2) 负责工厂计量器具的管理；Responsible for plant guage management.

5. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
1) 遵守公司的规章制度、道德规范、价值观及员工手册 Ensure full respect of Rules & Regulations\Ethics\Values\Employee handbook of the company.
2) 遵守健康安全环境规定,推动工作环境及人机工程的改善Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations, drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics
3) 组织实施HSE培训Organize for implement HSE training
4) 推动工作环境及人机工程的改善Drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics
5) 保证与直线经理的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent timely communication with the Line Manager管理、辅导和培训质量团队Manage, Coaching and training of quality team
6) 协调公司内部改进质量 Cooperate with other department to improve Quality
7) 部门内其他员工不在时，顶岗Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
8) 直属经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by Line Manager
