职位描述：

1、设计专业人员职位，在上级的领导和督促下，能独立处理和解决所负责的任务 ；
2、协助销售人员完成工程项目的方案设计。
职位要求：
1、美术、建筑装饰、设计等相关专业、大专及以上学历、两年以上工作经验；
2、能熟练使用CAD、 PHOTOSHOP、3DMAX、PS、Office等软件；
3、具备建筑基本知识，能准确读懂建筑设计图纸、理解建筑师的设计构想；
4、具有较高的审美和品味，责任心强、有创新精神及团队协作精神；
5、具有办公空间规划经验或有相关行业从业经验者优先，男女不限。

底薪+项目提成
