职位描述：
Job Descriptions
? Responsible for product testing yield improvements, failure analysis for specification failure parts, monitor the yield and provide yield improvement actions.
? From device point of view, overall control of process improvement/optimization project. To establish a timetable to track the progress of the implementation of projects, and ensure these projects can be finished on time.
? Co-work with other department to solve quality issue during mass production and SPE run.
? Provide technical supports in failure analysis, client complaint, product certification and initial sample.
Qualifications：
? Good English communication skill
? RF background, More than 4 years product development or failure analysis experience; high priority for the one who understanding wafer fabrication, assembly and testing flow or have management background
? Bachelor or above ,major in electronics or related .
? Having strong analysis skills, learning ability and systematic method of work, highly responsibility, good at team work . 举报 分享
