职位描述：
Inspection
Inspects products to written inspection instructions utilizing visual inspection, metrology instruments, gauges, functional tests and test equipment. Uses computer databases to obtain current revisions of control documents. Fills out and maintains accurate and complete inspection records in paper or electronic form. Performs statistical analysis of historical inspection data and makes recommendations for sampling plan adjustments.

Handling of nonconformances and dispositions
Identifies, documents and segregates nonconforming materials in accordance with divisional procedures. Assists the Quality Engineer or Specialist in the disposition of non-conforming materials per divisional procedures, the issuing of CARs, and the initiation of supplier returns.

Product auditing
Performs quality audits on internal manufacturing processes to written instructions utilizing visual inspection, metrology instruments, gauges, functional tests and test equipment. Fills out accurate and complete manufacturing process audit records in paper or electronic form.

Preparing Inspection plans & instructions
In conjunction with a multidiscipline team, inspection forms (e.g. instructions, storyboards, collection plans and Text IDs) and databases in accordance with product control plans and ECN’s. Assists in the selection of sampling plans.

Problem solving
Communicate in writing and orally accurate and complete information concerning quality issues. Compile statistical data for quality reports. Analyze data and recommend action to solve quality problems.


System auditing
Assists in performing internal quality system audits under the supervision of a qualified system auditor. Fills out and maintains accurate audit detail records.

Data collection & reporting
Applies fundamental statistical methods for process control. Generates quality reports such as first article inspections, process capability & system effectiveness studies.

Quality improvement
Participate in quality improvement teams. Identifies opportunities for quality improvement.
Leads quality improvement teams. Identifies opportunities for quality improvement.


Calibration
Performs verification and calibration of measurement equipment.
Independently arranges for outside calibration services and handles shipping and receiving tasks.

Training of Inspectors and junior Technicians
Assists in the training of inspection personel and junior technicians and in the devlopment/revision of quality related courses & associated documentation 举报 分享
