职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Work on NPI with Engineering to develop PFMEA and regular review to decrease RPN continually
2. Create process Control Plan to ensure critical product & process characteristics are identified and under control
3. Perform/support first article validation to reduce the risk of mass quality accident
4. Monitor the process yield and drive continual improvement
5. Manage the outgoing inspection to prevent poor quality product flowing to customer side
6. Monitor process to be operated in standardized instruction by performing regular audit/proper monitor
7. Strongly awareness of problem solving with 8D towards customer claims, internal process issues and supplier quality problems by working with engineering/production/SCM
8. Work with team to conduct customer quality claim and follow up CAPA(Corrective Action / Preventive Action)
9. SPC control of critical characteristics and improve the process capability Cpk to be robust
10. Data analysis of key metrics & quality performance to proactively identify improvement opportunity
11. Other continual improvement activity.

Qualifications:
1. Mechanical engineering or material engineering background.
2. At least 3 year process quality assurance experience or related quality field in manufacture company.
3. Familiar with ISO 9001 or ISO13485 standards, skilled at process audit .
4. Proficient in quality tools : FMEA ,SPC, MSA, control Plan, etc.
5. Strong problem solving skills, such as 8D,5WHY,etc.
6. Any experience of sigma will be preferred
7. Proactive & positive thinking/working style
8. Good English communication skills ;Positive interpersonal skills to support working with different cultures is preferred .
