职位描述：
技术支持和服务
Provide supporting for production
1、管控及更新现场作业文件如工艺卡，装配图等；
Control and update process sheets and WI & assembly drawing
2、负责编制生产工时定额，刀具、辅料等的消耗定额并持续改善和更新；
Responsible for make production working time, statistic cutting tool and other material consumption and keep update
3、与现场领班或经理协同及时响应生产现场的生产技术问题的方案解决；
Work with manager or shift leader to solve daily production issues on time
4、夹具或设备异常时的现场特别控制追踪和指导措施的执行；
Follow up and implementation fixture and machine working status
5、负责工艺制度的制订和工艺操作知识的培训工作与效果评估；
Training the operator for process sheets and WI
6、负责刀具寿命分析及管理；
Responsible for cutting tools life analysis and management
7、参与分层审核，并参与每日晨会解决生产中碰到的日常问题。
Participated layout audit and daily production sprint meeting to solve daily issues

工装夹具及加工刀具和作业工具的管理
Fixtures &cutting tools and other tools management
1、建立和完善所有工装夹具、工具的清单，标识和存放管理；
Create and improve fixture marker and management, do 5s for the tools
2、建立和完善所有工装夹具的附属部件的链接管理，链接标识及存放；
Keep the fixture organized , list all component for the fixture
3、建立和追踪所有工装夹具的使用记录及日常维护、维修；
Update the using record for the fixture, keep the fixture as a good status
4、改善现有工装夹具以提升装夹效率和稳定产品加工品质；
Improve fixture design , improve the fixture using efficiency , ensure the quality is stable
5、建立和完善现有刀具的清单，标识和存放管理；
Update cutting tools list , marker and store
6、建立和追踪刀具的使用记录及库位记录更新和申购补充；
Fill out purchasing order if necessary when the cutting below normal inventory
7、控制刀具的合理领用及返修以降低刀具成本；
Control and cost down cutting tool

新项目的开发及管理
New project development
1、负责对应的新项目的工艺、夹具、刀具、检具及样品制作；
Responsible for new project process sheets、\fixtures concept design、\cutting tooling list、gages design and prototype manufacturing.
2、负责新项目的场地规划、设备布局
Responsible for new project machine layout
3、参与编制作项目的设备清单、非标设备的规格书。
Participate making machine list\machine layout\non-standard machine specification
4、与设计部一起参与新项目DFA、DFM的审核并进行进度跟进，提供TG系统所需资料
Work with design engineering to audit DFA & DFM , follow up the new project status and provide documents for TG system
5、与供应链一起致力于非标刀具、检具、设备、夹具供应商的开发
Work with supplier chain to develop and qualify cutting tools、gages、machines、fixtures suppliers
6、与相应的刀具、检具、夹具、设备供应商一起协助，完成对目标项目的效率提升、成本降低。
Work with cutting tools、gages、fixtures、machines suppliers to improve efficiency and get cost down.


岗位要求：
1、机械专业全日制本科及以上学历，五年以上相关工作经验；
Have 5 or more years relative experience in mechanical manufacturing with bachelor degree
2、较好的英文口语及书写能力
Good at oral and writing skills
3、较强的沟通能力和协调能力；
Have good knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic are prefer
4、熟练掌握PROE（UG）等三维软件和AUTOCAD两维软件的设计能力；
Good at software using for example: Proe/UG and AUTOCAD 举报 分享
