Translator & Board Secretary
BioMar-Tongwei Co. Ltd, Wuxi
Reporting to the Managing Director you will provide an excellent level of translation and interpretation support in BioMar-Tongwei, you will help to coordinate the relationships and communication of the board members and keep management information updated.
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
? Presence at the board meeting providing translation and interpretation support
? Coordination and secretarial work for the board
? Assistance in handling relationships and communication among members of the board
? Administration of activities and documents to support the board
? Dealing with Managing Director and foreign colleagues’ daily schedule and business trip arrangement
? Interpretation support for other internal and external meetings
? Translation and supervision of external translation of contracts, legal documents, meeting minutes, etc
You will work closely with colleagues in China and Europe.
You should expect 15-25travelling days per year within China and to Europe.
YourProfile
You holda Master degree in English, Communication or equivalent. You have at least 2-4 years’ experience from a similar position. You have lived, studied or worked in at least two countries and you are capable of working in a multicultural environment. Accuracy, sense of urgency, and confidentiality are the most important professional requirements. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
You take pride in a job well done and can handle both the routine and the days when the unexpected and urgent happens. During your job you always have good communication and coordination skills. You always meet the deadlines and are motivated by a dynamic, positive, and international environment where you can work with a variety ofdifferent corporate cultures. You can work independently and have pleasant personality.
