职位描述：
Responsibilities
-PILOT: check the integrity of the test samples before test realization./试验开始之前检查试验样品的完好性。
-PILOT: perform some validation test independently after training and record the test data./经过培训之后，独立完成一些试验项目，记录实验数据。
-PILOT: daily check the test equipments to ensure that they are normally operated./每日点检试验设备，保证试验设备运行正常。
-CONTRIBUTOR: assist the test engineer to perform the tests in the right timing according to the Design Validation and Product Validation plans./辅助测试工程师按照时间计划完成DV和PV试验。
-CONTRIBUTOR：reports the test results in the standard format and in correlation to the validation plan. The test reports must be validated by the test engineers./将实验结果按照正确格式填入到实验报告和相关实验计划表里。完成的实验报告需要得到测试工程师的确认。
-CONTRIBUTOR: on the application of the environmental rules. Apply for himself that:/执行实验室环境管理规定，能够做到：
?The Environmental rules are applied, specifically relating to the dangerous substances, saving energy & materials and protection of environment./遵守实验室环境管理规定，尤其是关于危险物质，能源和材料节约和环境保护方面的。
?The Safety and Regulation rules are applied./遵守实验室安全规定。

Qualifications：
-College degree majored in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or related.大专以上学历，电子或机械类相关专业。
-Good skills of PC software./熟练使用计算机。
