• Part 1. Describe the Position

• Understand the business requirement and formulate effective system solution;
• Support business application system implementation;
• Daily support, solve helpdesk tickets in time;
• Document standard procedure and provide training for user to understand the business applications;
• Provide tools to improve work efficient like VB.Net, Crystal Report Server, Workflow Automation;
• Application and report development based on business requirement;
• Ensure SOA compliance;
• Tasks assigned from the IT Manager

Part 2. Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

· Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science or related field;

· At least 3 to 5 years related work experience;

· BPCS, ERP-LX experience is a must;

· Past experience as Business Analyst and/or ERP consultant will be an advantage.

(1) Key technical skills and knowledge.

• Familiar with manufacturing business process and ERP system;
• Good knowledge of MRP and LEAN;
• Good project implementation experience will be an advantage;
• Good communication skill, self-motivated and good team work, responsible and accurate with work;
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act;
• Good English reading, writing and speaking.
