Part 1. Describe the Position

A)

1. 与国外公司内部相关人员进行质量方面要求的沟通，获取技术支持，负责检验工艺的和产品质量检验标准的制定、产品信息反馈、统计流程等(Carry on the communication with overseas companies interior personnel on the quality aspect request, gain technical support, be responsible to examine the craft and the product quality inspection standards formulation, the product information feedback, the statistical flow and so on)。

2. 代表公司处理国内与国外客户的质量投诉，描述、分析生产过程，推动质量改进，减少客户投诉和降低生产成本(Can process the home and the overseas customer quality suit on behalf of the company, describe and analyze the production process, promote the quality improvement, reduce the suit from customer and the production cost)

3. 配合采购部门确认供应商的资质，管理供应商的质量, 制定/更新质量控制计划(Coordinate with the Sourcing department to confirm supplier's intelligence, manage supplier's quality, the establish/renew quality control plan);

4. 对原材料进厂检验到产品出厂过程的质量负责(Be responsible for the inspection from raw material to shipping)；

5. 管理公司内部现场质量问题，推动持续改善(Manage the company interior scene quality question, continually improvement)；

Part 2. Describe the Person

A)

1. 5年以上质量管理工作经验，本科以上学历，机械、机电一体化相关专业，有液压或泵等产品行业工作经验为佳(Above 5 years work experience in quality management, bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, mechatronics quality related specialty, has product profession work experiences and so on hydraulic pressure or pump is preferred)

2. 熟悉掌握图纸和机加工工艺，量具的使用、管理与校验，了解三坐标设备检验(Grasps the blueprint and the machining craft, familiar with the measuring instrument's use, the management and the verification, understand three coordinate unit check)

3. 具有GB资质者优先考虑(Has GB intelligence is a plus)

4. 有良好的沟通协调和语言表达能力，英文CET四级以上(Has good communication coordinated ability and the language competence, CET-4 or above)

5. 有管理经验和潜力者优先，具团队合作精神，尽职尽责的工作态度，正直守信的为人品格(Has the managerial experience and the potential first, team spirit, fulfills duty work which fulfills responsibility and honest code of honor moral character are also needed)
