RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTANBILITIES职责:
1. Monitoring and controlling process , organize to optimize process control;
制程监控和控制， 组织优化过程控制
2. Assist after-sales to inviesgate the failure of quality and make improvment;
与售后服务分析和改进质量缺陷，并持续提高；
3.Monitor and improve the quality control status, ensure incoming quality control, process quality control and final out going quality control was effective implemented;
监督并提高质量控制的状况，确保进料质量控制，过程质量控制已经最终质量控制被有效的执行；
4.Coordinate and implement the internal auditing program, third party audit;
协调并执行内部稽核以及第三方稽核；
5.Responsible for the development and implementation of quality training programs, develop the Quality Assurance and Quality Control staff for promote opportunities;
负责质量培训的发展和执行，发展本部门的员工的晋升机会；
6.Consult with and advise engineering during preliminary design stages to assure compliance with company and customer specifications and standards;
在初级设计阶段对工程技术提供咨询和指导以确保符合公司政策以及客户满意度和标准；
7.Develop unique or special inspection techniques and equipment applications;
负责检验技巧，唯一或特殊设备应用的发展
8.Responsible for the inspection planning of departmental operations and quality cost controls;
负责部门整体运行计划以及质量成本控制；
9.Work closely with product management team and Italian corporate quality team for new project localization and homologation through APQP;
密切同产品部门以及意大利质量部门的联系，通过APQP实现新项目的本地化
10. Support to build and implement Health/Environment/Safety management system.
支持健康、环境、安全管理体系的建立和执行

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS资格/技能要求:
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering。
本科学历机械相关背景。
2.over 8 years work experience in an mechanical manufacturing shop-floor environment with at least 3 years in managerial role, Complete familiarity with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO 9000 specifications
8年以上机械制造背景的工作经验包含至少3年的管理经验，熟知ASME, API, ASTM, ISO 9000的标准
3.Strong quality assurance management experience.

4.Experience, ability to develop databases, use statistical processes, root cause analysis
