Major Responsibilities And Authority:
1. Assist Operation Manager to coordinate Production, Engineer, Facility and Maintenance department.
2. Work with operation team in initiating continuous improvement on production
3. Work with production planner and supervisor to improve manpower utilization and efficiency
4. Maintenance the Health Safety Environment
5. Perform efficiency control and analysis on production line in coordinate with production planning
6. Capacity analysis of tools &equipment to assure production capacity according sales forecast.
7. Familiar with the environmental aspects related to the own dept and the control way
8. Other jobs assigned by operation manager
Experience Required:
Relevant 2-3 years experiences as assistant
Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:
1) Speak fluent English and Mandarin
2) Speaking Korea is a plus
3) Good communication and presentation skills
4) Highly self-motivated and always take initiatives towards improvement
Education:
B.S Degree
