职位： 安保部经理

工作地点： 罗利——无锡

工作概述： 负责影棚安全部门每天所有的操作。维持恒久的保安操作分析，立即向总经理报告出现的问题或者一些令人担忧的区域。

基本技能要求： 具备评估、组织和计划影棚的应急响应和安全建议，并且向影棚内雇员和租户传播安全意识的能力。

职位要求：

？ 安全相关领域的本科以上学历，7年以上安全管理工作经验或者与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景

？ 有灾难应变和恢复、威胁评估等相关方面的经验

？ 有管理安全运营中心的经验

？ 在电视电影产业中有一定的成绩

？ 具备较强的领导，管理和客户服务能力

？ 具备有效的演讲，培训和商业写作技巧

？ 较强的人际交流能力和谈判技巧

？ 能够用英语进行日常交流，良好的工作汇报表达能力

主要职责：

？ 审查安全报告和相关的文件

？ 应急响应和调查

？ 参加工作人员和安全会议，并且在生产会议上作为安全代表服务

？ 联系执法机构和消防部门

？ 管理商户/承包人的关系/服务，包括收集商户的定价

？ 负责维护所有安全设备和制服

？ 维持整个安全部门良好的交流环境

？ 安全部门的人员配置

？ 公布订单和安保程序

？ 监管影棚附近的交通和停车

？ 协调和安排安全人员以满足所有生产需要

？ 担当影棚的使者，以身作则，维持高水平的表现

POSITION: PLACE OF WORK:	Security Manager Raleigh LOCATION
JOB OVERVIEW:	Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the studio security department. Maintain constant analysis of the security operation and immediately reporting any problems or areas of concern to Studio Management.

SKILLS: Essential: Ability to assess, organize and plan emergency response and safety recommendations for the studio, and promote security awareness among studio employees and tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

？ Undergraduate degree of equivalent in a field related to security, and/or 7 years experience on security management or equivalent combination of education and experience

？ Experience in disaster response and recover and threat assessment

？ Experience in managing a security operations center

？ Experience in film and television industry a plus

？ Proven leadership, management and customer service

？ Effective presentation, training and business writing skills

？ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate effectively to achieve objectives

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Review security reports and related documentation

？ Emergency response and investigation

？ Attend staff and safety meetings and serve as security representative at production meetings

？ Liaison to law enforcement and fire departments

？ Manage vendor & contractor relationship/services, including collecting bids on vendor pricing

？ Responsible for upkeep of all security equipment and uniforms

？ Maintaining good communication throughout the security department

？ Staffing for the department

？ Post orders and security procedures

？ Oversee traffic and parking on the studio lot

？ Coordinate and assign Security personnel to meet all production needs

？ Act as studio ambassador and lead by example, maintaining the highest level of conduct

Reporting Relationships: This position reports to the General Manager
