1.Documentation Control
a.Standardisation of plantwide controlled documentation in Pen BE
b.Throughput time of documentation submitted for approval
c.Alignment of documentation requirement to meet ISO/TS16949 requirement plantwide


2.Quality Management System
a.Coordinate QMS requirement with Rbg and responsible for implementation in Pen
b. Lead or core team for Improvement plans/projects to enhance QMS
c.Ensure internal procedure and practises are align with any ISO/TS upgraded requirement plantwide
d.Gap analysis on QMS weaknesses
e.Security: Control of access rights for control document


3.Quality Audits
a.Internal Audit:
Conduct 5 stages of Business process review and performance rating followed by internal system audit
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance to QMS requirement and guidelines

b.3rd Party audit:
Direct involvement in Audit and certification by BVC for the annual TS16949 Audit.
Co-ordinating and ensuring that plantwide Internal Audit (System and Process) is completed by comitted deadline.


4.Quality Management System Awareness
a.Briefing , training plantwide users/document owners on QMS requirement
b. Random audit and advise users on compliance requirement
c.Generate quarterly report on system audit non compliances
d.Monthly report on non compliances found e.g FMEA, Document Control compliances , overdue PPCM closure
e.Highlight gaps found to related personnel for ongoing continuous improvement
