职位描述：
工作 职责 RESPONSIBILITIES
- 能独立完成外购件进料检验，过程以及出货检验，并及时准确地出具对应检验报告;
Conduct In coming material inspection, in-Process Inspection and Pre shipment inspection independently and issue relative inspection reports.
- 监督工厂QC使其能正确地工作；
Monitor factory QC to work properly.
- 将生产过程和产品检验中发现的问题及时报告给资深检验员和主管；
Provide real-time reports to the Senior Inspector and QC supervisor of any issues involving production and product defects.
- 能够和工厂QC及技术部门沟通解决发生在生产中的质量问题；
Communicate properly with factory QC and technical department to solve problems happened during production.
- 及时向资深检验员以及QC主管报告订单生产实际情况，尤其是有延迟的情况；
Report production status or especially for delays to the senior QC and QC supervisor.

任职资格QUALIFICATIONS
- 大专及以上学历，有半年以上金属加工方面的工作经验；
College degree or above. Metal fabrication experience is preferred.
- 熟练电脑操作，熟练使用办公软件，验货后能出具相应报告；
Use computer skillfully, especially for office software and can issue inspection report after inspection.
- 良好的学习能力，能够在培训后，独立完成生产前期，中期，和出货前的检验；
After relative training, can conduct IPC, DUPRO and FRI inspection independently based on inspection sheet requirements.
- 能够及时汇报，有效沟通，妥善解决验货中出现的问题；
Can communicate with factory easily and efficiently and handle problems during inspection.
- 吃苦耐劳，有较强的团队意识和责任感；
Can work hard, be willing to study, teamwork spirit and Strong sense of responsibility
- 能够适应加班，和频繁出差；
Can work in the weekend sometimes and travel frequently.
- 有一定英文基础的优先；
English is preferable.
