Title / Position:
出口产品最终质量技术员 QI OGC for Export
Reporting to:
Export Operation Manager 出口运作经理
Mission:
Responsible for product audit and 100% final inspection for export products.
Job description:
1) Perform final inspection according inspection instruction and checklist, with special attention to:
- Internal Components Integrity.
- Oil Leaks
- External Canopy appearance
- Correct markings & warning decals
- Controller operating language
根据检查表和作业指导书进行最终检验，特别关注：
- 零部件的整合；
- 漏油；
- 钣金外观；
- 更正铭牌和警示标签；
- 控制器运行语言
2) Confirmed packing, including packing material and method to make sure it is in line with export requirement and take record. 确认包装使用的材料及方式符合出口要求.
3) Non-conformity material handling followed the instruction，include the material marking and timely report to the related owners including export operations Manager & product marketing manager. 依据不合格品处理规范正确进行不良品的处理,并执行相应的汇报和跟踪反馈，包括出口运作经理和产品经理。
Experience requirements
1） Know well mechanical drawing, and can perform inspection by using measurement equipment. 会使用测量工具，能看懂图纸.
2） Know well assembly & testing process of compressor, understand the specification as well.
3） Skillful in Office ,etc良好的计算机操作能力（MS office)
4） Two year experience in quality department Min. 至少两年质量部工作经验
5） Know the rule of export 了解出口产品基本要求.
Knowledge/Educational requirements
1) High school major in mechanical. 机械类中专以上学历
Personality requirements
1) High responsibility 较强的责任心
2) Willingness to learn & apply 愿意学习
3) Good communication skills 良好沟通能力
4) Team work. 具有团队精神.

To further improve the efficiency of the assembly operations for oil-injected screw compressors and air treatment in East China, Atlascopco group has decided to move the engineering and production competence of oil-injected screw compressors from Bolaite to Wuxi.
Pan-Asia Gas Technology (Wuxi) is a newly created company located in current Pneumatech premise which will host oil - injected screws of Bolaite and small refrigerant dryers, air receivers and small filters of Pneumatech.
