职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Incoming inspection and respect the dead line decided during the GS (Group Sourcing) weekly logistic meeting.
按照集团采购部门的每周物料会议要求，在规定的时间节点以内，完成物料的进料检验；
2. Comply with IQC (inspection quality Control) Processes and make sure part be labelled after IQC
遵守进料检验流程，对已检物料进行正确的标识；
3. Follow up the tasks related to project,non confirmity, vendor warranty, with the help of TLD Web NCR (Non confirmity record) module and other GS team member's support.
配合部门其他同事，使用公司内部网页模块，跟踪相关任务。如新项目进度，不合格项处理，客户索赔等；
4. Regarding the IQC NC finding, create & Issue Non Conformity Report to Vendors and transfer to VWC module for vendor follow up.
对在IQC过程中发现的问题，创建不合格报告，使用公司内部网页模块进行，跟踪记录并与供应商跟进沟通
5. Ensure Non Conformity Reports are followed by vendors’Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plans. Push vendors to offer their own QC reports
对发现的不合格，推动供应商提供根本原因分析及相关的改进措施；
6. Good communication skills, including among GST,TLD Sister Plant and Vendors.
Frequent daily communication with logistic coordinator, QC and SOURCING colleagues to ensure on time IQC
Frequent daily communication with WAREHOUSE and Logistic team to ensure on time inbound and NC parts treatment.
具有优秀的沟通能力，包括部门内部的沟通，与客户的沟通，与供应商的沟通等，确保物料的按时入库及不合格件的及时处理。例如，日常工作中与物流发运的沟通，与采购工程师的沟通，与质量工程师的沟通，与仓库人员的沟通等等。

任职要求：
1. Education:Collegue or above in Engineering Background
学历要求：工程类专业大专及以上
2. Working Experience: At least 1 Year in similar industry and/or position
工作经验：一年以上相关行业或职位经验
3. English level: Good Reading and Writing English
良好的英文读写能力
4. Softwares:Office, Excel, Word
软件应用：Office, Excel, Word
5. ERP a plus.
懂ERP更优
6. Good knowledge of welded parts, machining process and industrial environment is appreciater
懂焊接工艺，机械加工工艺和其他工业制造领域工艺更优
