职位描述：
As a SDE Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing suppler and subcontractor to achieve and maintain high quality delivery to MEMSIC. Your responsibilities will include:
1.Develop and qualify the new product/ new supplier/ new material or second source working closely with R&D, Engineering and Purchasing.
2.Manage the supplier's material quality, and keep improving the supplier's material quality.
3.Handle any supplier related quality issues which feedback from supplier/subcontractor, in-house or customer, and follow up the 8D report from supplier.
4.Manage and approve supplier product/process change working with internal team.
5.Monitor supplier KPI (Yield, SPC data, Cpk, etc.), and maintain a stable/ better process control in supplier.
6.Evaluate the performance of main suppliers monthly, and keep improving the supplier's performance.
7.Hold the regular quality review meeting (weekly/ biweekly/ monthly) with the main suppliers to review the supplier's quality/ performance status.
8.Implement the regular onsite supplier audit (biweekly/ monthly/ yearly) or the irregular onsite supplier audit for any issue if needed or as required.

Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Physics or equivalent.
2. More than 5 years' experience in supplier and subcontractor quality management for semiconductor material and outsourcing assembly (traditional assembly, WLP assembly) & testing process, and MEMS industry is better.
3. Basic knowledge of semiconductor front-end to back-end process, such as Fab process, wafer bumping, CP test, back-grinding, dicing, D/B, W/B, molding, FT, etc.
4. Knowledge in ISO9001/TS16949, SPC, MSA, FMEA, etc. and supplier system/process audit experience.
5. Self-motivated, team work, good communication skill, able to handle pressure.
6. Willing to travel frequently or periodically stay at subcontractor for in-line process quality monitor.
