职位描述：
MISSION:

1- Assignment of new projects awarded by the customers and management new projects nominated when required
2- Satisfy the need of the customers by keeping a fluent communication with them.
3- Active participation in APQP, PPAP, FMEA and customers audits if required.
4- Keep an efficient interface between the customer and our internal project team members.
5- Coordination and control of the workload of the project mass production team.
6- Assistance to team needs and continuous participation in team maturation process.
7- Supervise PM responsibility to guarantee project milestones and cost budget.
8- Monitor project deviation cost
9- Supervise PM responsibility to guarantee PR-21 follow up
10- Control “Economical GR Wuxi” and “GR reporting summary Wuxi” documents to guarantee GR is done on time and project cost are achieved. Supervise PM update it with required information before and after each GR.
11- Guarantee good behaviour in his/her team and motive them to be able to achieve Estamp targets.
12- Monthly indicators to general manager


COMPETENCES

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
1-. Bachelor or above, majoring in Mechanical or Engineering is preferred.
2- Fluent English in writing and speaking is mandatory.
3- Working experience in automotive industry as project supervisor

SKILLS:
1- Excellent communication skills, team work spirit, organized person and proactive.
2- Ability to lead a cross working team.
3- Capacity to work under pressure, self-control person.
4- Strong customer orientation.
5- Availability of business trips.
