职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the establishment, implementation, improvement, documentation & maintenance of Quality management system and ensure effectiveness. Be sure that all management system documents are well kept and under control (Database and authority folders)
2. Implement quality standards, processes, and procedures based on group / business area / divisional requirements, industry standards and guidelines as well as customer requirements.
3. Develop, document, and communicate internal standards and measures of performance, including the review and revising of the company management system (QEMS), Corrective and Preventive Actions, Internal Audits and review of product improvement process based on quality claims.
4. Lead to set up and maintenance quality system including ISO9001, ISO22000, and energy efficiency certificate etc.
5. Set up quality performance indicators and track by data collection, provide management the direction for quality performance improvement, productivity, reducing product waste and customer complaints.
6. Conduct quality audit to internal process base on customer complaints and management review output, participate in quality activities to support each plant for continuous improvement.
7. Develop internal QEMS system audit plan, organize internal system audit. Coordinate and administer external audits including certificate audit and customer audit. Follow up all the findings corrective actions and effectiveness which are found in internal/external audit;
8. Responsible for supporting the organization for sustainability reporting.
9. Develop and implement quality training programs, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve goals compliance and customer value.
10.Create visual management for QSHE management to enhance all employee awareness.

Main Requirements:
1. More than 8 years of working experience in international company. 3 years more in quality management role. Familiar with production company operation.
2. Have experience of setting up or maintenance ISO9001
3. Have TS16949, ISO22000 management experience is a plus
4. University degree or about, major in mechanical, compressor, power engineering and related specialty.
5. ISO9001 internal auditor certificate.
6. Willing to learn technology, quality tools and standards.
7. Lean manufacturing skill, national registered quality engineer, Familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001 is a plus.
8. High level of initiative and continuous improvement thought process
9. Able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve results.
10. Good communication skills, good teamwork, positive thinking, open-minded.
11. Good English both oral and written.
12. Good computer skill and operation, Microsoft Office etc. 举报 分享
