Role Summary:
职责概括: Responsible for Costing Analysis.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务：
1. Products controlling such as standard cost calculation, annual hour rate setup, actual variance analysis and deviation tracking;
2. Provide insightful commercial analysis to drive sales and order intake and track the profitability by customer, order etc;
3. Ensure inventory accuracy and control in place and drive detailed inventory analysis on scrap and E&Os etc.
4. Participate in business planning cycle and develop the annual operating plan/budget along with the management team;
5. Work with plant operations to control overhead spending and improve efficiency and calculate the burden rate (labor and overhead);
6. Provide ad hoc support as necessary.
7. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
Years of Experience in the positions:

本岗位工作经验： 4~5 year working experience and 1~2 year manufacturing costing is a minimum;

Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求：
1. Associate degree in Accounting related or above;
2. Experience exposed to manufacturing environment in multinationals is a must;
3. Proactive attitude and good problem solving skill;
4. Familiar with ERP system like SAP or Oracle;
5. Good in English and Mandarin.
