职位描述：

Job Description:

1.Focus on the improvement of quality of the financial data as well as the process and the system

reliability
2.Make sure the compliance and correctness of financial data for US and PRC GAAP, data scope covering

accounting, costing and tax
3.Organize the actions to set up system and process to make sure the reliability of the data
4.Build up the check list of financials statement and follow to check
5.Liaise with US and Munich for the standard of booking and provide explanation for book data
6.Manage account reconciliation and quarterly reporting
7.Manage the statutory audit and US audit
8.Give training to the finance team member to improve the knowledge
9.Other necessary tasks regarding finance techniques.

Qualification:

1.Major in Accounting/ Finance , Bachelor degree, ACCA or CPA is a must
2.Accounting, controlling experience in MNCs, including at least 3 years in managing position. Strong

business sense.
3.Audit firm field leader working experience is a must
4.Proficient in Chinese, US and IFRS Accounting standards and government regulations
5.Strong SAP experience and excellent ability of Ms office
6.Fluent English, capable to communicate in all financial issues with different people in different

culture
7.Ability to manage heavy pressure, high sense of responsibility and can take multiple tasks at the same

time, high productive competence.
