职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

1. Design concept for tools & dies for cold stamping process by using Catia.
2. Define process layout for cold stamping process by using Catia.
3. Carry-out formality analysis (simulations).
4. Implement project sourcing/award strategy related with design activity defined from HQ.
5. Outsource and monitor external tool design ensuring lead-time and technical standards accomplishment, reporting status to HQ.
6. Build and develop effective relationship with key toolmaker/design suppliers.
7. Support commercial team defining manufacturing process.
8. Support Tooling Coordinator position on serial and proto tool construction follow-up.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUERIMENTS

Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred although is not essential. If it was the case, proven equivalent experience is a must.
A solid experience of minimum 5 years in design of manufacturing tooling process for complex stamping parts. At least, 5 of them in automotive sector.
Experience in casting and tooling.
Good 3D conceptualization skills.
Fluent English
Good Software knowledge of CATIA and AUTO FORM
