职位描述：
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Receive customer orders and input in ERP system.
接收客户订单输入ERP系统。
2. Arrange shipment according to confirmed delivery date.
根据确定的交期安排货物发运。
3. Coordinate with customer complaint.
协调处理客户投诉。
4. To handle incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner
对来访电话做出迅速并有礼貌的回应和处理。
5. Provide pre-sales and after-sales services to customers according to sales requirements.
根据销售要求为客户提供售前及售后服务。
6. To do sales contract’s sales term confirmation according to sales policy.
根据销售政策对销售签订的合同进行销售条款确认。
7. Daily work arrangement for Auto / GI team .
对汽车/通用行业销售客服团队进行工作分配和日常管理。
8. Files and data documentation for Auto / GI team.
汽车/通用行业销售客服团队的合同协议和数据存档。
9. Check regularly for long time open orders, support sales to push on.
定期整理长时间未完成订单，协助销售督促客户完成订单。
10. Checking the customer payment situation, support sales to push on.
查询客户付款情况，协助销售督促客户付款。
11. Carry out other temporary tasks assigned by the management.
根据领导的指示完成其他临时性的工作。

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. College graduated above.
大专以上学历。
2. Minimum 5 years sales assistant or customer service experience.
不少于5年销售助理或客服工作经验。
3. Strong skills of coordination and communication, honest, hard-working and patient
良好的合作及沟通能力，诚实，工作努力并且有耐心。
4. Self motivated and strong self-learning capability.
有较强的自主性和自学能力。
5. Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer application.
较强的英语口语及书写能力，熟练掌握计算机操作。
6. Teamwork spirit.
有良好的团队合作精神。
7. Transfers information from customers, including special characteristics, expands sale- before service actively.
