职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Lead creation of DFMEA’s and PFMEA’s for problem prevention. Creates Control Plans for manufacturing processes and makes sure they are executed.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis for customer and internal issues.
-Take a lead role in direct communication with customers on all issues.
-Work as a resource for manufacturing sites for maintaining Design Integrity, while working with Design Engineering to promote Design for Manufacturability.
-Advise Engineering Team on creation of Product, Sub-system, and Component Validation.
-Leads and provides training in Root Cause Analysis of internal and external issues as well as the use of Core Quality Tools
-Maintain calibration system.
-Coordinate ISO 9001 Registration.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a Technical Field
-10-15 years in Quality Management
-Fluent in English
-Experience in creating DFMEA’s, PFMEA’s and Control Plans
-Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment
-Extensive experience in communicating directly with customers and proven ability to resolve issues.
-Demonstrated proficiency in Root Cause Analysis
-Experience in machining and/or large assembly preferred
