职位描述：

Main Responsibility:

1.Personnel requirement:

2.5 years working experience in manufacture factory and well familiar with ERP system (SAP is prefer) and HFM reporting

3.Good English and MS OA software application & practice

4.Strong analysis and high working initiation

5.Independent working and problems solving

Requirement：

1.Business result analysis for plant as well as business areas (such as management KPI, CM%, GP% Overhead & RD etc)

2.Rolling forecast planning and annual budgets preparation and comparison (material cost / overhead / Personnel etc)

3.Products controlling such as standard cost calculation, annual hour rate setup, actual variance analysis and deviation tracking

4.Inventory management, working with SCM and logistic to follow up the internal guideline in movement types and periodical cycle counts etc.

5.Year end audit preparation and assistant

6.Cost saving follow-up and validation (material and overheads etc.)

7.Team building up and improvement driving

8.Others
