职位描述：
Key Qualification:
?The ideal candidate will have expertise in FEM structural and thermal analysis for package/substrate/PCB like product

?Expertise in modeling thermal, electrical, and mechanical systems from first principles
?Experience applying complex models for multi-disciplinary analysis and optimization of system performance
?FEM experience with drop, shock, and electromagnetic analyses is a definite plus.
?At least 3 years professional FEM experience using ANSYS or other professional software.
?Solid background and skills in FEM, solid mechanics, dynamics, heat transfer and/or electromagnetic etc.
?Hands on experience with finite element software packages such as ANSYS, wafer level warpage, and unit level warpage modeling
?Experience in characterizing new materials and its mechanical and thermal properties used for modeling need

?Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
