职位描述：
Position statement
1. Member of the management team
2. Responsible for companies Quality Management system and execution of it
3. Management of the quality department
4. Monitor Continuous Improvement program, aiming to reduce number of defects and improve quality levels.
5. Lead the quality assurance pre-planning work such as PFMEA, PPAP and Mistake proofing.
6. Responsible to ensure that products meet the required quality standards of registered bodies (VDA, ISO, TS) and customers.
7. Responsible to lead the analysis of the causes and defining preventive measures on customer concerns
8. Preparation and execution of internal Business Reviews and audits (ISO, VDA, TS)
9. Contact person to customers for all Quality concerns including Business Review, audits.
10. Participate in the APQP process development

Qualification
1. College or above degree; preferably majoring in Electronic-related industry
2. 10 years working experience in quality management, which contains more than 5 years management experience, automotive electronics industry is preferred)
3. Extensive experience withTS16949 and ISO 13485 or similar standards.
4. Fluent English both oral & written
5. Detailed knowledge in automotive core tools (APQP, MSA, CP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP)
6. Auditor qualifications: TS 16949 & VDA 6.3
