职位描述：

Job Responsibility:

- Technical conception and feasibility of customer offers on demand of Mechanical business development or to support sales process.

- Provide pre-sales product introduction, training, value proposition to support sales team to win orders, projects and long-term partnership.

- Conduct regular training, new products research, product update seminar to Sales team and Distributors/System Integrators.

- Approach to identify standardized applications and functional solution to develop application descriptions and system solution.

- Technical documentation translation, summarizes and know-how transfer inside team, like application note, design win, catalog/manual translation or proofreading and other marketing activities.

- Lead the process from specification confirmation, system development, validation and manufacturing to a delivered system.

- Standardize the design into a standard manufacturing process for those repeatable demands.

- Manage the system cost to meet the cost target.

- Support demo design and Parker plants factory automation projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or master degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering field

- Multi-Disciplined Ability – Strong in one but aptitude for others (Pneumatic, Mechanical engineering, and PLC etc)

- At least 5 years related working experience and focus on technical or related system design field.

- High creativity and enthusiasm for the development of solutions;

- Provide project solution according to customer requirement, components selection (especially in select servomotor/electrical cylinder/gearbox, etc.), check the components specification data, design the fixture and connector of servomotor/electrical cylinder/gearbox

- Application know-how of machines or machine function providing consultancy service to the customer is highly recommended.

- Familiar with 2D and 3D drawing software tools.

- Knowledge of System Simulation, FEA and related software tools, such working experience expected.

- Ability to travel.

- Good presentation and communication skills.

- Good problem solving skills (Troubleshooting and correcting).

- Good English (written and verbal) and PC skills.
