职位描述：
岗位职责:

1. 新机型、技术、选项导入过程中负责制作装配工艺流程
Response for prepare the assembly process for new machine type, new technology and new options
2. 新机型、技术、选项试装配并解决现场问题
Response for test assembly and problem solving for new technology and new options
3. 国产化物料试装配并测试
Response for test assembly and testing of localization parts
4. 编制SOP及各类装配指导文件，用以明确装配流程步骤
Response for prepare the SOP and other assembly documents to identify the assembly steps
5. 计算并制定标准工时，熟悉装配线产能评估及产线布局，提高生产效率
Response for collect and calculate standard working time, calculate assembly capacity to improve the productivity
6. 设计与改进装配方法现场布置、工位器具等生产辅助手段
Improve the assembly method, optimize the assembly layout and assembly facility
7. 协助并指导装配线进行各项精益生产的改进工作
Assist and monitor the implementation of Lean Manufacturing of assembly line

任职资格：
1.本科学历以上，机械类专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering
2.精通英语
Have a good command of English
3.3年以上相关工作经验
