职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Full responsible for Quality Control of appointed supplier
  2. Responsible for decreasing the Total Quality Cost caused by suppliers
  3. Responsible for supplier qualification and supplier Process audits to guarantee it in accordance with Quality Control Plan
  4. Appraise supplier QA and QC system termly
  5. Collect the supply parts defects in the factory and make the statistic analyze and report
  6. Follow the corrective action in supplier side and help the supplier to make the continuous improvement
  7. Follow the quality agreement and warranty agreement with supplier
  8. Participate new project implementation and drawing definition together with engineering department
  9. Drive supplier of critical components to reach ZDS(zero defect) requirement in continuous improvement
 10. Be familiar with quality tools like SPC/MSA/Cause& Effect analysis….and supplier introduction procedure like APQP/PPAP
 11. Responsible to quality coordinator between AC and supplier, which deal with conflict to meet AC requirements and target.

Main Requirements:
1. At least 5 years’ working experience in Quality Management area
2. Good knowledge in Foundry industry is preferred, at least 3 years' experience
3. Good command of English both oral and written, as well as computer skills (MS office)
4. University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
