职位描述：

Job Reponsibilities:

1.Need set up process / machine parameters and standardize operation procedure to guide production to work under control.
2.Provide technical training for production lines operators and technicians meanwhile discipline them.
3.Being responsible for timely reviewing of existing process flow and manage to optimize.
4.Need work with related team members for problem solving and to improve production line efficiency, proper documentation need be recorded.
5.Routing cost evaluation and SAP routing set-up and sustain for new products.
6.Being responsible for new products / projects process flow setting-up and documenting them properly.
7.To study advanced tools of Lean, WCM (World Class Manufacturing) and involve in the improvement projects or to be project leader to attack losses and wastes.
8.Complete other tasks arranged by IE Supervisor..

Qualification:
1、Bachelor’s degree (or above), mechanical engineering.
2、Above 2 years working experience in Lean Manufacture, familiar with basic tools like 5S, Kaizen, SMED.

3、Be familiar with Auto CAD, Pro-E or other design software.
4、Hardworking, communication skills, team work
