Job Responsibility:

1.Manage QC inspector team and coordinate them to finish the inspection of in-process and finished product in time daily.

2.Effectively control non-conforming products.

3.Create control plan, QCP and product inspection criterion for new project, prepare PPAP according to customer requirement.

4.Quality information statistic & maintenance of all quality records.

5.Maintain and improve system documents according to related procedure. Manage the information Catalog in Lotus Notes;

6.Prepare for the customer audit, internal audit and 3rd party audit; follow up corrective actions for audit findings;

7.Perform system/process/product audit, push relevant dept. to take corrective actions according to the audit findings and verify the validity of action;

8.Investigate root cause in-process quality accident and customer complaints on quality. Prepare the A3 report or 8D report.

9.Conduct regular (daily, monthly, quarterly) review meeting of quality concern and follow up the closures for all issues,

10.Reduce COPQ and RPPM as per annual target;

11.Other jobs assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or refrigerant science

2. Background knowledge on refrigeration or machine industry;

3. Good teamwork and well communication skill, fluent in English;

4. Strong personal computer skills required, including experience with MS Office software, especially Excel;

5. Good knowledge of problem solving tools such as 5why, SPC, DOE, FMEA, MSA, PPAP etc.

6. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, TS16949 etc.

7. Customer focused and able to work cross functionally to meet customer requirements.

8. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
