过程及最终质量技术员 QA Technician IPQC and FQA

Reporting to:
Quality Engineer 质量工程师

Mission:
Responsible for product quality for Pan-Asia.

Job description:
1) Perform in-process and final inspection according inspection instruction and checklist, take record.
根据质量工程师建立的检查表和作业指导书进行过程及最终检验，检验记录存档；
2) Responsible for non-conformity handling, incorrect operation and follow up corrective action. 承担处理生产现场质量问题、事故和纠正不良质量行为的责任;
3) Make sure to follow the correct quality control process to keep in line with the qualified product delivery确保遵循质量控制过程体系执行检验操作，并确保交付产品质量满足规范要求；
4) Make sure document which ship together with compressor are correct and meet customer request确保出运机器资料正确并符合客户要求。
5) Join in product audit regularly. 定期参与产品审核。
6) Non-conformity material handling followed the instruction，include the material marking and timely report to the related owners. 依据不合格品处理规范正确进行不良品的处理,并执行相应的汇报和跟踪反馈.

Experience requirements
1） Know well mechanical drawing, and can perform inspection by using measurement equipment. 会使用测量工具，能看懂图纸.
2） Know well assembly & testing process of compressor, understand the specification as well.
3） Skillful in Office ,etc良好的计算机操作能力（MS office)
4） Two year experience in quality department Min. 至少两年质量部工作经验

Knowledge/Educational requirements
1) High school major in mechanical. 机械类中专以上学历

1) High responsibility 较强的责任心
2) Good communication skills 良好沟通能力

Pan-Asia introduction
To further improve the efficiency of the assembly operations for oil-injected screw compressors and air treatment in East China, Atlascopco group has decided to move the engineering and production competence of oil-injected screw compressors from Bolaite to Wuxi.

Pan-Asia Gas Technology (Wuxi) is a newly created company located in current Pneumatech premise which will host oil - injected screws of Bolaite and small refrigerant dryers, air receivers and small filters of Pneumatech.
