职位描述：

1.Receive and review customer orders，order acknowledge to customers;

2.Break down the customer order into production order and inform in writing all relevant persons, register and update in good time the order intake information sum-up form; Adjust the start date and finish date of related MO/PO

3.Provide accurate feedback to customer’s inquiry, complaints& claims and order revisions.Inform the production planner and material planner of all the information in time;

4.Release to customers home and abroad the latest factory lead time information;

5.Check and supervise on purchase and stock of locally purchased parts;

6.Finished products stock control and deliver of products;

7.Prepare packing list and invoice as delivery papers and notify I/E to deliver the goods. Finish handling in related ERP systems and inform real delivery to customer;

8.Manage the production structure and adjust in system for customer orders;

9.Timely filing;

10.Other work assigned by dept manager.

Job Requirement:

1.University education background specialty of mechanical engineering or similar educational back ground;

2.Good English both in oral and written;

3.Good PC skill.
