职位描述：
As an experienced leader of LEAN and Continuous Improvement methods, you will model and teach the necessary systems and behaviors required to implement the Boart Longyear Operating System at the Wuxi, China Manufacturing facility. You will coach and mentor through a high degree of production floor interaction with an emphasis on the adoption of Continuous Improvement tools and behaviors aimed at improving Key Performance Metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Deployment of the Boart Longyear Operating System
? Act as an internal mentor by defining and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of core functions.
? Champion waste / loss elimination through capability building and on-the-floor experiences.
? Solve complex problems to root cause through formal methodology application and coach / train others to do the same.
? Develop Standardized Work and implement at all levels of the facility.
? Work closely with all functions to achieve lowest possible down time and efficient use of plant and equipment.
? Partner with process owners to deliver sustainable and repeatable change.
? Train and mentor department Subject Matter Experts in the application of Continuous Improvement.
? Apply analysis to improve process control and capability.
? Develop and prepare metrics and related reports.

Requirements:
? University or College degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience coordinating / leading Continuous Process Improvement projects in a similar role.
? LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
? Recognized training in LEAN / Continuous Improvement tools and methods (including: 5-S, Process and Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, OEE, Root Cause analysis, Statistical Process Control, and Preventive Maintenance)
? Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
? Fluently bilingual; written and spoken Mandarin and English 举报 分享
