PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

主要职责

· Material Incoming quality management and inspection document preparation

· 负责来料质量控制和检验文件的编制与更新

· Supplier quality issue feedback and follow

· 负责供应商质量问题的反馈和跟踪

· Dealing with quality complaint from customer

· 顾客质量抱怨处理

· Supplier performance monitoring and audit

· 负责供应商的业绩监控和审核

· Internal technical document such as Process flowchart, PFMEA, control pla, work instruction and inspection instruction preparation

· 负责工艺流程图，PFMEA，控制计划和工艺文件，检验文件等技术文件的编制

· Process quality control and product inspection

· 负责生产过程的质量控制和产品检验

· Solve quality problem in manufacturing and do continue improvement

· 负责生产过程质量问题的解决和持续改进

· Taking part in quality system work

· 参与质量体系工作



SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

其他

· Collect, analyze and collate data using quality tools to determine process capability on critical characteristics that have not met our requirement.

· 使用质量工具进行数据收集和分析，统计关键特性的过程能力以满足内外部要求

· Aggressively pursue root causes of production quality problems.

· 生产过程质量问题的分析以发现根本原因并采取有效措施

· Apply appropriate statistical tools to resolve quality issues.

· 运用合适的质量工具解决质量问题

· Formulate corrective action for customer responses.

· 完成顾客抱怨的质量处理报告



POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

任职要求

· Three years of experience in the quality control field and automotive experience

· Junior college or above degree of mechanism or relative majority;

· 工程机械专科以上学历

· at least 2 years work as quality engineer

· 至少两年质量工作经验

· Familiar with ISO/TS16949 and skilled in quality tools- APQP, CP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP ,8D,product audit and process audit

· 熟悉TS16949体系和五大工具，熟悉产品审核和过程审核

· Oral and Written English communication skills at business level

· 具备英语读写能力和口语沟通能力
